How to Order

  • Choose your preferred collection on our website.

  • Please read our Terms and Conditions and finalize your choices first before placing an order. Place order here.

  • For customers who will order through our Instagram account, we will send you a link for the online order form.

  • Wait for the order confirmation via email or direct message coming from us via FB Messenger/ Instagram/ Viber regarding availability, total costing, payment details, processing days, and date of delivery.

  • Settle the payment on or before cut-off. Failure to do so will result to cancelling of order. Only paid orders will be processed.

  • Delivery details will be sent to you once the order is released for shipping.​​​

Terms and Conditions


  • Payment options will be sent via email or direct message via FB Messenger/ Instagram/ Viber once the Order Form has been submitted.

  • Payment options:

    • BDO Bank Deposit

    • BDO Check (3 working days are needed for check clearing before delivery of order.)

    • Gcash

    • Paypal (Additional 4%)

    • Paymaya

  • Strictly no cancellation of orders once payment has been made.

  • Settle the payment upon confirmation of order. Cut-off:

    • For retail orders with 1pc to 12pcs, Full payment must be made within 24 hrs.​

    • For bulk orders more than 12pcs, we require 50% down payment upon confirmation of order and full payment before we ship your order.

  • For corporate accounts:

    • Should there be any certain payment process on your end, kindly inform us before or upon placing your order for checking with our Finance Team.

    • Failure to pay the amount due on the agreed target date of payment indicated on the signed quotation/conforme, a 2% interest from the remaining unpaid amount will be charged monthly starting on the month of payment due date.

Processing of Orders

  • Processing of orders depends on quantity, stocks availability, and customization of items. To know the estimated processing days of your order, please send us a message on InstagramMessenger, or email us at hampergifts@yahoo.com

  • For bulk orders with customized box and inclusions in 12pcs and above quantity, at least 4 weeks of processing days is required.

  • For additional orders, strictly no combining of shipping schedule regardless if it’s under the same batch. Every item has a different estimated date of arrival/delivery.


Personalized Items​

  • Additional fee applies for each customized items. This is applied for both retail and wholesale orders.

  • Customization requires a minimum order of 6pcs.

  • Our customizations:

    1. Decal print - preferably for small items

    2. UV print - tumblers, mugs, and glasses

    3. Engraving - wood, mugs, and glasses

    4. Leather press stamps

    5. Embroidery

  • For customers with designs of their own, kindly send us the layout in any of the following formats: JPEG, PNG, .AI (Adobe Illustrator) or .PSD (Photoshop Document). Preferably in 300dpi resolution for designs with small details/texts.

  • All submitted designs provided by customers are subject for checking to know if the logo size and details are doable for a certain choice of print.​




  • We cater same day delivery on normal business days with 1pc to 12pcs of orders only, given that all items are all available. While for peak season, it requires a day or more.

  • Delivery rates varies depending on weight of order and location. Rates will be sent to you once the Order Form has been submitted.

  • Shipping schedule is based on the processing days of order.

  • Couriers: Grab and Lalamove (within Metro Manila), J&T Express and JRS Express (outside Metro Manila/Provincial), and DHL (international delivery with minimum orders).​

  • We guarantee safe delivery packaging:

    1. Deliveries within Metro Manila usually are packed in white eco bag. And we put necessary materials inside gift boxes to secure fragile items inside.

    2. For provincial and international deliveries, orders are secured with bubble wrap and are well packed in kraft boxes.

  • International Shipping

    1. We only do international delivery on selected countries. Kindly let us know before placing an order to check if we can deliver at your preferred location with the following details:

      • City/Province

      • State (US)

      • Area Code

  • Restrictions

    1. Please take note that gifts with liquors more than 50ml or any kind of liquid products such as shampoo, shower gel, etc. more than 75ml are not allowed for delivery outside Metro Manila for safety purposes.


Pick-up of Orders​

  • Customers can pick-up their order from our warehouse. Details will be sent to customers via email or direct message via FB Messenger/ Instagram/ Viber once the order is paid.



  • Once the product has been delivered and received by the recipient, we do not accept any returns as cancelled order to ensure that our customers will receive fresh and safe products at all times.

  • In the unlikely event that a certain product inside the gift box has arrived in less than perfect condition, please notify us right-away within 48 hours from the time the item has been received so we may assist you.

  • Any damages on gift boxes caused by couriers during the transit period from our warehouse to the delivery address, is not our liability. (To all Shopee check-out buyers, Hampergiftsph is not responsible to any LOST OR DAMAGED PARCEL caused by the courier.)

  • Delivered products that have been used, customized, or damaged by the customer who ordered or the receiver of order is not applicable on our Return Policy.
